In-Home Lactation Consultations

At Mom & Me, we offer in-home lactation consultations to provide personalized support and guidance for mothers and babies. Our goal is to create a comfortable and nurturing environment for you to address any lactation concerns and receive expert advice.

Alternative Feeding Solutions

Seeking alternative feeding solutions?  Our lactation consultant provides tailored advice and solutions to support parents in their lactation journey.  We understand that each parent and baby pair is unique, and we are committed to finding the best feeding options to meet your needs.

Infant Development Support

Our comprehensive lactation consulting services also encompass infant development.  We believe that a holistic approach to feeding includes nurturing and promoting healthy infant development. Our consultants are dedicated to addressing any developmental concerns and providing valuable resources for your baby's growth.

Postpartum Care

In addition to lactation support, we offer postpartum care to assist parents in navigating their new roles and address challenges of parenthood.

Our lactation consultant provides compassionate care and practical solutions to help ensure the well-being of the newborn, their birth parent and the entire family.  

Educational Workshops

We organize educational workshops and classes to empower our clients with the knowledge and skills needed for success.  Our fun and interactive sessions cover a wide range of topics including, latching techniques, breastfeeding positions, pumping and overcoming common hurdles.

Nutrition and Sleep Guidance

Understanding the importance of adequate nutrition and sleep for birth parents and their and babies, our lactation consultant offers expert guidance on optimizing nutrition and establishing healthy sleep patterns. 

We are committed to promoting overall well-being for parents and babies through personalized recommendations.

Fees, Insurance
& Payment Information

  • A superbill/claim (payment receipt with medical codes) form is provided that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.  Please be aware that there is no guarantee of reimbursement.

  • If you are experiencing a financial hardship or you have Medicaid, please contact me for a sliding scale fee-you'll need to provide a copy of your card. 

  • A HSA/FSA account can be used for payment-contact your account administrator for details.  Debit/Credit, Cashapp, Venmo are also accepted.

  • Fees are paid in advanced.

  • There is a travel fee for any home visit that is beyond a thirty-minute drive from the city of New Haven
